A: Yes, we can accept trial orders with quantities starting from about 0.5 to 1 ton.
Q3. I don’t have any drawings; can you design the products based on my samples?
A: Yes, we can provide design services for you. We can produce the products based on either drawings or samples.
Q4. How do you ensure the quality of your products?
A: We have a strict quality control system. We inspect the quality during the extrusion, surface treatment, and packaging processes. We conduct 100% quality checks at every stage of production before shipping the products.
Q5. What are the delivery times for new molds and mass production?
A: It takes about one to two months to develop new molds. For mass production, the delivery time is typically one to thirty days.
Q6. What certifications do you have?
A: We have obtained ISO 9001:2008 certification, which ensures that our factory is reliable and that the quality of our products is guaranteed.
Q7. What are the payment terms?
A: We accept bank transfers (T/T) and letters of credit. Typically, 30% of the total cost is paid as a deposit before production, and the remaining 70% is paid against the copy of the bill of lading or before the products are shipped.
Q8: Can you send me some samples?
A: Yes, samples are free of charge, but the shipping costs will be borne by you.
